Specifications:
| Power Input: 11-18 Volts DC, negative
ground, 0.5 amperes plus solenoid draw. Fully protected against reverse
polarity and voltage spikes.

| Solenoid Outputs: 1 output, rated at 2
amperes, switching to ground. 5 ampere fuse supplied.
|
| Sender Input: Inputs for zero-speed (NPN open-collector) or self-generating (near-zero-speed) senders. Power is
supplied (12v) for zero speed senders.

| Maximum operating speed: 40 MPH (64 km/hr).
Speed is generally limited by valve speed, control hose length and paint
delivery rate.
|
| Minimum operating speed: 0 MPH with zero-speed
senders, 0.1 MPH with near-zero-speed senders. When used with internal
pulse multiplication of X4 or greater, minimum speed is 1.7 MPH (2.7 km/hr).

| Timers: Time delays for Paint On and Paint Off (0 -
0.5 sec).

| Front Panel: Switches are heavy-duty military
standard sealed toggle switches. The display is a 16-character by two line
illuminated alpha-numeric LCD. Pushbuttons are long-life sealed membrane
switches.

| Footage Range: Paint and cycle may be set in
increments of 0.1 ft. (0.03m) from 1 ft. (0.304m) to 999.9 ft. (304.8m).
|
| Footage Counters: One for the paint line and one
odometer (total travel), with a maximum reading of 1,677,721.5 ft
(511,369.5m). Counters are individually resettable to zero.
|
| Power-off Memory: Stores all settings and
accumulated data. This memory is automatically updated when power is turned
off, and requires no power for maintenance.
|
| Temperature Range: 32ºF to 130ºF (0ºC to 55ºC).
The effect of temperature on accuracy is too small to measure.
|
| Cable supplied: 5 feet in each of three branches
(Power, Sender, Solenoid). Cables to any length are available for nominal
additional charge.

| The CS10A cabinet is heavy cast aluminum, painted
with a semi-flat textured epoxy enamel that is water and solvent
resistant. The panel is non-glare polycarbonate, screened on the
reverse side for long life. The CS10A is supplied with a steel mounting yoke
with adjustable hand knobs for convenient mounting. |
