DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders for MSDI controls may be placed by telephone, fax or by mail.  We recommend a phone call so that the specifications for the controls can be "locked down", and we can be sure that the control will work correctly in your specific application.

We accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, C.O.D. (U.S. customers only), and wire transfers.  Open order (Net 30 Day) accounts are also available upon application (U.S. customers only).  Allow 2-3 weeks for an open order account to be established. For your protection, we require a fax confirmation on all credit card orders. Credit cards are not billed until the product ships. No surcharge on credit card orders.

EXPORT ORDERS

MSDI exports to Canada, Mexico, Central and South America.  Write, call, fax or e-mail for information regarding export orders. Payment is generally required in advance, with wire transfer or money order in U.S. Dollars required. Credit cards can be used in many cases.
